I have been in the property industry since 2000 and have worked for a number of corporate and independent agencies in a variety of roles, predominately as a senior sale negotiator, but I also have experience in lettings and as a property manager.

I love being able to see lots of different properties, meeting new people but most of all helping buyers find their dream home and helping sellers achieve the best price for their property.

I love to walk my dogs along the Macclesfield canal and over Astbury.

I’m a member of PropertyMark – NAEA level 3 in residential sales and have been in the industry since I was 20, with 12 years experience in the Cheshire housing market.

It has to be the sheer pace of it, no day is the same! I class myself as a ‘people person’ and really take pride in my work. I love dealing with some many different types of people as everyone has a different objective & outlook on things, it’s so fascinating!

Hands down Astbury Golf club; rain sleet or shine, you’ll usually find me in the rough! Me and my Fiancé also live quite close to the canal too so I always try and divert our walks so we can wander the public pathways through the course! I occasionally get the mountain bike out and cycle up the cloud when the weather allows and stop off at the local en-route home!

Managed to get a ‘hole in one’ back in 2016! Besides that, buying a property and creating a home with Lindsey (fiancée) and Lola (Cat/alarm clock!)

De-clutter, no one wants to see busy mantle pieces, dog beds or endless pictures of your friends & family, it will really help showcase your space!

Make sure you get a survey and please view the house you are buying before you exchange, you would be surprised at how many people do not have one final look before it becomes legally binding!
